Subject	Passenger window struggles to roll all the way up

Message	I assumed the window motor on its way out as its gotten progressively worse over time so I picked up another used one from Bernie and this has the same issue, so I'm thinking it must be something else. Basically the window rolls up fine until the last 3 inches or so then it struggles and stops. What should I be adjusting and in what way to fix this? Thanks! 1990 2+2 TwinTurbo
